Extra limpio todo. De verdad, nunca había visitado un hotel tan limpio. Camas súper cómodas. La atención del personal increíble. Mención aparte para Eva de front desk (recepción) y Emilio el camarero. Eva supo solucionar instantáneamente mí solicitud y Emilio fue muy atento en la cena y desayuno, a pesar de que tenía cientos de personas para atender. Los espacios comunes del hotel son acogedores, con amplios sillones,lindas pinturas, buena iluminación y gran limpieza. El hotel cuenta con varios ascensores y escaleras para su acceso. Las piscinas, tanto techada como descubierta son desagotadas y limpiadas a profundidad cada día. Además es constante la limpieza en la zona de duchas, jacuzzi, sauna y descanso. Como extra, hay personal que toma la presión, está a cargo del servicio de toallas y batas y cuentan con una balanza. Tienen que conocer el hotel! Está cerca del casino (centro). Tiene negocios de ropa, alfajores y drugstore en la cercanía (al frente, en la esquina). Seguro volveré a elegir el hotel. Ah y la comida muy rica. Tienen opción de menú de 3 pasos (entrada, plato principal y postre). El desayuno es buffet (podés repetir las veces que quieras)

Tiene un spa completo 2 saunas, duchas escocesas, una piscina de agua termal cubierta grande y otra descubierta. El personal es muy servicial, hay muchos contingentes de gente grande a las cuales les ofrecen variette todas las noches. El comedor ofrece solo menues fijos ben abundantes. La cochera es amplia, se entra cruzando el comedor o la cocina. Los baños de las habitac estan remodelados a nuevo. Buena ubicacion en el centro

Moto GP no Grand Hotel

O Grand Hotel já deve ter tido seu glamour, o que pode ser visto pelo tipo de acabamento do prédio, de alguns móveis do saguão, da coleção de limogenes exposta em uma estante... no entanto, precisaria de uma boa reforma. No quarto, o carpete e a cortina são velhos, o banheiro desconfortável... Os pontos positivos foram o tratamento dado pelos funcionários, todos muito educados e prestativos, e a localização excelente, perto dos melhores restaurantes, praça central, igreja, centro comercial, etc, No primeiro andar tem um SPA com sauna e piscinas térmicas de água natural. Apesar de não ter nenhum luxo, é muito bom para relaxar no final da tarde. E o hotel disponibiliza roupões no quarto para serem utilizados no SPA, que são trocados todas as vezes que você usar, além de toalhas que você retira no local. O café da manhã é bom, com uma grande variedade de itens. Os elevadores são muito antigos e pequenos, com capacidade para três pessoas e um vive quebrado. O bom é que o prédio é baixo e na pressa dá para usar as escadas.

Fui para alojarme y estaba cerrado el hotel. Fue una experiencia muy estresante. Averigüe con los vecinos y me informaron que en estos meses permanece cerrado. Recién en marzo se habilita el mismo.

o hotel tem acomodações básicas, uma boa cama, mas o piso de carpete é sofrível, me dá falta de ar, não combina com o local, wi-fi só no saguão do hotel, falta de sinalização no acesso à piscina, a água quente é salgada, como lavar o cabelo...tinha hóspede fumando no corredor de acesso ao quarto, não sei se voltaria a me hospedar nesse hotel.
