Downside: the tv only in german no subtitles, the steam room opens late @1pm which is annoying for someone like me who starts day early. For luxury hotel nobody helped with luggage or offered. Everything here is wonderful; the attention to detail, the staff who remember your coffee order, free locally grown and delicious apples, the comfort and design of the rooms, quality of food... it is truly a remarkable place. The hotel is well located and very close to Bolzano and some great castles, gardens, mountains and other spectacular places to visit. Indeed, the hotel offers access to free local transport including cable cars, although we had our own transport.
