"I am super picky about places I stay, I always seem to get the dirty room, the room with broken stuff or smelly or whatever. But this was one of the nicest, cleanest, well maintained places I have stayed at. If I am ever in Fernie again, this will be my go to. Super happy to leave this review!!!"

"Good spot to stop on our way theough town for a night and the sauna was nice to enjoy in the evening. And Miners Mud coffee trailer was close by when we hit the road early in the morning."

"I have stayed at Park Place Hotel in Fernie BC, several times over the past 12 years. It has also been clean, comfortable, friendly and the amenities are great. The pool and hot tub are fun and the lounge is large and very comfortable. Excellent choice for anyone visiting Fernie."

"We stayed here for two nights on our way to Rossland, BC, and two nights on our way back. Our rooms were almost the same, except room #1 was larger than room #2. Both were lovely! Comfortable beds, plenty of amenities (including tea and coffee), and my favourite part was that each room has a private outdoor patio with Adirondack chairs to sit and read, play games, eat, or just enjoy the gorgeous scenery. I would highly recommend staying at the Blackstone! My one recommendation might be to have some brighter lighting. I loved the decor, including the unique light fixtures, but found it a bit too dark to read in the evenings."
