On your way there, you'll pass wonderful restaurants, coffee shops, gyms, and convient stores. This place is in a great location and having garage parking was a real plus. Absolutely a beautiful room and very clean. I was very impressed and highly recommend staying here."

"El hotel es perfecto para madrugar al aeropuerto. La información de la recepción que el aeropuerto está a 20 a 30 min es errónea al menos cuando sabe que el vuelo es madrugado y se llega en 10 min al aeropuerto a las 3 am. No aprecie que el conductor del bus preguntó que aerolínea teníamos y al final nos dejó en nacional y nos tocó caminar con maletas todo el aeropuerto para llegar a internacional, lo cual no es tan cerca. Creo que puede ser más cortés y dejar a los pasajeros de vuelos internacionales en el lado que corresponde."

"Overall clean and simple hotel. A little far out from the city central and driving to and from was a little annoying because of how the streets in Mexico are. The pool could be a tad warmer, straight up freezing cold water. Elevator to parking wasn’t working only stairs. No fridge in room, laundry needs to be reserved. Otherwise you get what you need and good to go. Standard basic hotels. I would recommend dining outside though, hotel food not worth the price."

"Staff I arrived very early to hotel with advance notice. I did not notice the reply to my request for early arrival. I spoke to on duty desk manager and asked if there was any way i could get into first available room . I waited and waited and waited and asked for a managers name after 3 hours waiting I was given a gentleman's name not on a business card but hand written note. After waiting another hour I came to front desk and was told that this was manager Cinthya Corona that was almost 5 hours of waiting at that point. I slept waiting in the pool area on lounge chair most of the time . I was finally given a room after almost 6 hours waiting. I have stayed at this location for many years and never had this experience ever. I'm platinum traveler on expedia and also member of fiesta rewards. I travel 2 times every month different locations. Not sure what can be done so this doesn't happen again."
