"We were looking for something practical for a family event. And the hotel had a problem with the main street, something that seemed out of the hotel's control.
But it did hinder the activity a bit and it feels unsafe.
They could have warned us.
And another thing. The room we had is on level 1 on the side of an avenue. The window is poorly made, all the noise comes in.
We couldn't sleep well and that is a huge drawback for any hotel."

"Casi todo estuvo perfecto. El único pero que yo le pongo es que el estacionamiento es una cochera para cuatro carros. Dos detrás de otros dos. Así que, o tienes que molestar para sacar tu carro, o te molestan para que otro huésped saque el suyo. La otra opciones es dejarlo afuera; tienen camaras y el lugar dicen que es seguro.
De dos recepcionista, la que nos recibió y la que nos despidió, super super amables. Pero la de la tarde, después de nuestro Check-in, no era amable, dejo música puesta...
