"Klimalar düzgün çalışmıyor bu sıcakta. Gece yarısı otele giril yaptık odaya mı hamama mı girdik belli değil. Giriş yapacağımız saat belliydi en azından önceden açıp serinletseydiniz keşke. Odada 1 şişe su yok. Klimayı ayarlıyoruz 18 derece, 2 saat bekledik hiç bir değişiklik yok. Oda girişleri çok dik trabzanı olmayan merdiven. 70 yaşında annemle çıkamadım, inemedim.
