"The room had roaches, it smelled like cigarette, there was no light outside the entrance door, it was awful, we made reservations with Expedia with a renovated room, and they gave us an order room."

"This is a 1908 Historic boarding home. Great Bisbee location. Easy walk to Main St for food and shopping. Owners sent very clear check in and driving instructions . Check in was easy. Owner/ manager was very nice and its a plus have a beer/ wine “ speakeasy “ on site. Morning coffee was delicious.
Downside is the property has not been renovated much. Our room was sparsely furnished. No bedside tables or lamps. The mattress was really soft. Be aware that due to” historic” plumbing, hot water takes many minutes. I finally just took a cold shower.
Fun place if you are up for a flash to the past, "
"Exceptionally clean, modern suite. Very friendly staff altho there is not staff on site 24 hours (not needed really). Great location - on little backstreet, but parking spaces provided. Nice & very convenient coffee shop in lobby area which was great since there are very few breakfast choices in Bisbee these days. This is a cool remodel of an old, very Bisbee, building. Only caution is that access may be a bit challenging for anyone with mobility issues. Fun and comfortable place."
"Free parking was not available but found room in the paid lot across the street. Not much for amenities, no ice machine and no vending. Never saw a staff member but they were readily available by text and were quick to respond. Overall, great stay."
"Pros: Great location. The shower had strong pressure and the water was hot. All guests were very courteous and check in was easy.
Cons: Biggest issue was the bed. It was truly awful. As shown in the picture, the mattress was completely warped, leaving a big depression in the middle like a sink hole. After 4 hours of trying to sleep, my husband got up and spent the rest of the night sitting out in the living room. At that time, I moved to sleeping curled up at the foot of the bed (since it was the only flat spot on the mattress).
The room is also extremely small but we didn't plan to do anything but sleep there... which we struggled to do with how horrible the bed was. Thus, the room was pretty useless for what we needed it for.
The bathroom floor was also missing tiles and had debris in all corners.
The walls of the room are thin and you can even hear your neighbor typing on their phone. They do provide ear plugs for noise which was nice and needed."
"We had stayed in 303. It had an awesome view of bisbee. The hotel is centrally located and has parking close by. The amenities are great. You can rent bikes, they have free snacks and games. They have a little area for "continental" breakfast(some granola bars, milk and cereals, and some little donets) You recieve a VIP card that can get you free desert or % discounts on meals in town. The staff was super helpful. The room was great my only gripe is the lighting is awful in the suite. The floor is also an awful shade of millennial grey. They could really benifit from a little update. Something more "Bisbee" more are and more color in the rooms. There is a blue led when you first walk in and it kinda makes the space feel dark somehow? The kitchen is equiped with everything you need. The bed was confortable. The shower water got kinda cold but I take longer showers, so that might not be a problem for some. They provide shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in a pump. They also provided qtips and cotton balls and a black makeup rag. We loved it so much. We will be back!
Ps the lobby is only open from 3-7pm so multiple days would be great at this location so you can enjoy all that they provide. "
