"We had a great stay from day one . The room was clean, a fully stocked fridge nice sheets all in all very good. The breakfast was excellent, everything you wanted, staff were very good and helpful."

"They had no air conditioning in neither of my two rooms. They change one of the rooms to another room after complaining but also without air conditioning. My main issue was not that they had issues with the air, it is that they act like is a surprise and keep playing with you like you will not complain that you are sweating in your room while the corridors outside have air, and that their solution for my troubles was to say we will not charge the tourist tax in one of the rooms (15 euro) "

"This hotel is 150 years old and you can see the splendor it must have had way back in the marble stairs, columns and some hotel paintings on each floor. The location is excellent and the breakfast outstanding."

"The hotel was very nice. The room was large and the bathroom was very modern. The heated towel rack was a plus. The rooftop terrace included a bar and restaurant with beautiful flowers and a great view of the city. Breakfast buffet was also on the rooftop. The staff quickly cleaned the tables, allowing for turnover. The hot food could be improved. When leaving the hotel you must leave your room key but we understand why they do this. Staff was pleasant and very helpful. The location had multiple restaurants near by."

"Excellent short stay in Rome. They gave us complementary drinks at the café and rooftop bar, as well as early check in. They also upgraded our room for no cost- so overall excellent stay. The breakfast was also exceptional, even though you do have to pay about €15 per person but it was well worth it. "
