"Really smooth and easy check-in. Clean and nicely equipped room, good bed, lovely surroundings. Didn’t have our own shower which wasn’t clear when we booked but it worked out ok in the end - showers (two shared showers) were nice and clean and we didn’t have any problems getting access. "The hotel had very narrow beds and the room was very hot. The breakfast was “OK”. The restaurant had good food but with a waiter who didn’t know anything about the different dishes, wine alternatives or beers. He had to ask everything to the chef! After the main course, we ordered a dessert with some berries and when we saw it was “hjortron” (cloudberry) I said. “Oh, hjortron” as it was a positive surprise for me. "Arrived late, no problems getting in to our rooms. Woke up to a glorious view across the lake. Nice, clean room with a comfortable bed. Breakfast was nice, again with a fabulous view. Shame we couldn't stay longer. "

The only thing I would not give 5 stars was the service at supper.
