"The hotel is well located for centre ofPuerto Varas, which is easy to walk to. Plenty of very good restaurants close by. We stayed in one of the eco cabins which look over the lake. All areas of hotel very clean. Cabin clean and well presented. The room was very hot on arrival, but we turned heating off and opened window, soon cooked down. I imagine would be very cosy in winter.
Staff very attentive and helpful.
Good range of food for breakfast, which staff keep topped up, although may need to be more aware of when water dispensers need refilling. Good range of gluten free products and alternative milks.
