"A lovely unassuming looking hotel in the quiet end of Tenerife. The stone arches and large central atrium are a particular highlight. The rooms were well equipped and comfortable. I only stayed one night and did not dine so cannot comment on that aspect."

"We stayed for 4 nights. 3 of those days we had no internet in the room. The service staff in the restaurant and bars were excellent and hard working. But the front staff at reception were not very helpful solving our internet problems. They just shrugged and told us it was up their tech supplier to come and fix, and there was nothing they could do about it....."

"We have just got back from staying here for a half term break. Staff were amazing and so helpful. Great location and the room we had was really spacious and great views. I would definitely recommend it and will be going again."

"The first thing to take into account that this is utility accommodation which may not suit everyone. It is on a room only basis, and is not en suite. However, if that meets your needs, then it is fine. I used it essentially as a base and it suited me fine."

"Friendly staff who were happy to help. Bar staff remembered people and their drinks. Variety of food selection on offer. Lots of sun loungers on offer although the hotel can block the sun occasionally. The room was fine, clean and spacious. Room and general internal areas of the hotel looked slightly old / outdated however no complaints. Only one issue was in the final morning before checking out, there was a fairly large leak coming from the ceiling above the shower, this didn’t affect me as I was preparing to leave and reception staff did apologise and arrange the maintenance crew to check."

"The location was great, tons of food options around. The rooms can get extremely hot and stuffy as the AC doesn't seem to be the best and sometimes even question if it is actually working. They now charge an absorbent amount for parking, I remember going here 2 years ago and was charged less than half of what I was charged this time. It cost 320 euro for parking for 2 weeks. Otherwise the rooms and all common areas were very clean and overall I had a good stay."

"Great option for budget Before mentioning any negatives, I want to start by saying the staff were amazing and highly professional. The person who greeted us was one of the best hotel staff members I’ve ever encountered and truly deserves recognition. It’s also worth noting that this is a 3-star budget hotel, so expectations should be set accordingly—you generally get what you pay for. The main building has great charm, being over 300 years old, which adds character to the stay. We booked a budget room (Room 104), which had a small courtyard but lacked any real views. One of the major concerns was the lack of air conditioning. Although units are present, they don’t work effectively. During summer, the island gets very hot, and the room often felt like an oven, which made it uncomfortable at times. The pool is small but serves its purpose well as a place to cool off. There is also a sun terrace with around 40 loungers, which is a nice touch. Breakfast was included, but as part of a budget offering, the hot food could have been better. It was often cold, and unfortunately, the plates provided didn’t fit in the microwave to reheat the food. The bathroom was missing sink plugs for both the sink and the bath, which was inconvenient. It would also have been a big improvement if the room had a fridge. On the positive side, the hotel is in a great location in a lovely town, ideal for those looking for a quieter holiday"
