"Upgraded room as we were on our honeymoon which was amazing! So, so clean. Food in the buffet restaurant was lovely. Would love to go back."

"Clean room, staff was accommodating. Breakfast was decent but not many options. Dinner was nicely presented but main dishes can be quite salty. We were told they had parking but when we arrived, we were told it was closed and had to find local parking lot which was a struggle when staff is not able to give you a Google location of it and directs it on a paper map. It would have been helpful if the hotel could notify us about that prior to arrival. "

"Staff in club lounge were amazing. We did go for breakfast in general restaurant and it was a bit hectic so we kept to the club lounge for our remaining stay. Our housekeeper Nancy (749) had our room spotless and was friendly, in fact all the staff in the hotel are friendly and this makes for an inviting and relaxing stay. We have stayed 5 times now and will return with preferred club. 3 out of 5 have been club so we obviously enjoy the extras that club offers, in particular the terrace and of course club lounge for breakfast. Oh also the live music at breakfast really does make you know you’re at a premium hotel. Feliz Navidad 🎄 Robert and Anne x"

"Enjoyed our stay, clean well kept grounds. Spacious well equipped room. At the top of a hill which means lovely views. Nice restaurants and bars within walking distance. Free coach up and down the hill from 10am till 6pm"
