"5 star but still very family friendly and accommodating. The staff were lovely, especially in kids clubs. Great facilities and high quality activities for kids . They won't want to leave the complex. We had a junior suite with lovely sea view and it was large and luxurious with a very much seperate but connected sleeping area for 2 children. "Had a lovely mini break in the Tivoli hotel in April. It is a beautiful hotel in an ideal location. Gorgeous restaurants are a short walking distance away along the coast on either side. The hotel has a very chilled atmosphere with very friendly staff. Played some golf while there which the staff helped organise. Lovely breakfast in the morning and the Beach Club and Guilty restaurant great options. Plenty of room around the pool. Will definitely be back and would highly recommend."

"On your website it was Wi-Fi included, but it never worked. Mine was a working holiday but I couldn’t do any work. Reported several times to reception but were given lame excuses. I missed a lot and had to reschedule my appointments. Not very happy."

"All the staff were fantastic and friendly, especially the hard so but happy team in the restaurant!! The rooms were tired and basic but ok, air con was ok! The property is at the edge of both las americas and los christianos so costs about €8-10 each way in a taxi. Main pool absolutely Baltic but middle one fantastic hence the beds all going by 8am!!"

"Just back from a week's stay, big hotel but you never get the feeling of being crowded. Our room had a kitchenette, which had enough equipment to make simple dinners & breakfasts. No air conditioning in the room, but not a problem as was cool in evenings/overnight. The staff were very helpful - overall a great place to stay in a nice part of Tenerife."
