"I’ve been to Santa Barbara before and returned because the team are super helpful, the accommodation is great value for money. The resort is kept super clean and you have everything you need nearby. The only thing I had a challenge with was that the aircon kept intermittently switching itself off so we had to keep resetting it. Apart from that fabulous all round and it didn’t spoil our holiday."

"Nice hotel - very clean - very comfortable bed and great shower. A bit noisy at weekends, but fine on other nights. Great central location. TV not great - limited channels which sometimes didn’t have great reception. Screen mirroring function didn’t work during our stay. Pool more decorative as very shallow - not one for swimming in. Overall a really good hotel that does the important things right."

"Great stay. Room was fantastic, with beautiful wood ceiling providing historic charm. Location was perfect, steps from old town close to shops and restaurants and sights. Staff were friendly and helpful, in particular at the Vinoteca where we had lovely local wines and the doorman who provided best food recommendations. Highly recommend."
