"Hotel room was great overlooking the ocean. The pool area seating was very crowded and busy every day. The restaurant was adequate - food good. Spa massage was not that great but OK. Great having a grocery store on site. Book exchange could have had a better selection in English!! Loved the proximity to the boardwalk."

"The restaurant staff were very good, but the food wasn’t great. The pool lifeguard with the towels was so rude nearly every day. It’s a shame you don’t get basic amenities in the room like water and better bathroom amenities. "

"Notre chambre etait collé sur un ilot qui montait jusqu au toit . Alors la musique du roof-est a résonné jusqu a 1h am . Ce fut vraiment impossible de dormir . Soirée dédommagement de la part de l hotel."

"No assistance w luggage until heavily prompted upon checking in. Then none at all upon checkout. Taxi called was too small even though a large one to contain wheelchair was requested from the front desk."

"Excellent hotel with so many amenities. The view alone makes the stay worthwhile however the hotel also includes so many activities especially for families. There’s a large pool, a baby pool, and a heated jacuzzi for adults. There’s a bar, restaurant and store on sight. Perfectly located to downtown shopping and restaurant. Highly recommend this place."

"Wasn’t checked in at the preferred reception for some reason ? Also the butler service was non existent in preferred club areas. Apart from that the hotel and service was excellent"
