"All in all, it is a nice hotel. We were only there for a weekend in March so didn't mind the pool being small and not having a balcony. The room was clean, shower was nice and the outside restaurant/bar with live entertainment was awesome! Will stay there again. However, we were charged for parking when I specifically said we didn't have a car and have not yet received our credit a week after calling."

"The pool was closed (during spring break) for renovation. The hotel receives only a couple of guest passes for the neighboring pool but they're very hard to come by. However, the bigger problem was around the beach chairs/umbrellas. A separate company operates these, and there are only a few rows of chairs & umbrellas set up for rent. People apparently can reserve them in advance for extended days, but most of the time they were never used, and the company wouldn't allow anyone else to use them when they didn't show up. The cost was also not included in the hotel night fee, which is disappointing considering the pool was also out of use during this time. That would have been a reasonable accommodation to make to guests during this renovation period. There are chairs & an umbrella in each hotel room but carrying these down is not easy. This location is just confusing. The property itself has a lot of great potential, but they operate halfway between a private condo and a hotel -the front desk uses a small table instead of the large reception area, the staff is very nice but they're often moving around the property so it's hard to find someone at times. There is no convenience store or coffee shop in the lobby (and only the beach-side bar/restaurant which is open from around 11-4, and the main restaurant which is only open for dinner). "

"We loved this property! Our suite was clean. The staff, especially Emy, was very helpful. The cook is top notch! Hot breakfast every morning and on Mon, Tues, Wed, she puts out food at dinner (5:30pm) for people to meet one another. We used the pool, gym (has a filtered water bottle filler), business center computers and printing, BBQ grill. All were great. Some tips: pool has fountains! You have to ask staff to turn them on. There is a fire pit outdoors. Easy to use. The BBQ grills are easy to use. Pay attention to the details. There is a small timer for each you have to turn on first. Then a specific (on the left) burner you have to use to start. There are not tongs otlr grill utensils left out. Just ask the staff or go to Dollar Tree. It is close by. Our only issue is easily fixable. If you want the housekeeping staff to do specific things, like change the bedding, replace the kitchen towels, refill the coffee packs, vacuum the rooms, clean anything...just let them know. They will do it. The suites do not have ovens. So don't plan on being able to cook a frozen pizza. They also don't have toasters. You might be able to ask for one at the front desk. Overall, we had a great time here. Great location that is close to all the shopping places and, once you learn the traffic pattern, is easy to get to anywhere in the area."

"This hotel was outstanding in every possible way. Far exceeded expectations for a boutique hotel. Every single amenity was included. No specific resort fee, individual rides to wherever you want to go within a 5 mile radius and exceptional service from every person we interacted with the restaurant was fantastic. The beach equipment was brand new and takes you right to the shore in five minutes or less great for restaurants or shopping or just getting around bicycles also included beautiful pool. The restaurant was incredible as well as the nightclub with live music. Could not honestly have a man so much in one place I recommend we stay at.f"
