Upon arriving at the hotel, we were greeted with a warm welcome and a glass of a fresh drink. During our 2 day stay Maria,Fenia, Aris and kirillos, treated my family and i as if we were part of their family. While trying to brush my teeth one night, i accidentally plugged my electric dental cleaner in without the voltage transformer and cause the power to go out in our room. Aris quickly relocated us to another room an reassure me that everything was going to be ok. When i return to Piraeus, i will most definitely stay at Mitsis."

On top of that, the service was poor — staff members were unhelpful and came across as rude when approached with concerns. Overall, the experience was far below expectations, and I would not recommend staying here."
