"Nice hotel. Very unique styling and has a lot of character. My room was clean and the bed was comfy enough. Location is excellent. Just a few blocks away from the Downtown Metro station where all the trains converge. Reasonably also walking distance from the convention center. I was worried about having to Uber everywhere (being LA and all) but I was pleasantly surprised to see the metro service most of my transit. 2 complaints. The lights in the rooms are not bright enough. With the big windows it's fine in the day, but at night I really wish the lights were brighter. It is LOUD. Folks are revving their engines in the street below all night long. Maybe it's like that everywhere in LA... I fell asleep eventually, but it wasn't easy."

"Loved how helpful the staff was and it was nice to have the free shuttle to and from the park to the hotel. Housekeeping was very nice and when asked for extra items, they did not hesitate to give it to us. They have excellent room service, a must when staying here. Valet was very professional and fast. Over all my family and I loved this place and we will be back!!"
