"Staff were really slow at check in . Only 1 person checking in with a line of 6 guests. Pillows are terrible they need to change them ( beds are comfortable ). Rooms specially bathroom in need of renovation with some fixtures in the bathroom broken . There was no tissue paper in the bathroom when arrived."

"Decent to stay a night close to the airport mainly because of the proximity to the airport and the hotel provides 24/7 shuttle to/from the airport. Room is generally comfortable. However, sound-proofing in the room is non-existent. It extremely noisy throughout the day and night due to the traffic. Cigarette smoke smells get into the room through the aircon ventilator which is the other negative point of the property."

"This is a budget hotel. For that category, it is very good/excellent. It's very clean and the staff is incredibly nice and helpful. However, it's still a budget hotel and as such, the furnishings are more utilitarian than comfortable. The beds and pillows in particular are horribly uncomfortable. Do not eat in the restaurant. It's terrible. So bad in fact that we elected not to eat the free breakfast. Ordered nachos one day and they came cold and were inedible. They basically poured cold cheese sauce over chips and added sour cream and jalapeños and then put cooked meat on top. Didn't even heat the whole thing before serving. Worse than you could get at a movie theater because at least there the sauce comes hot. It's too bad that the food is so bad. I expect more from this hotel chain. It was their one major failing."

"Ive visited many places across the world. The pictures posted definitely don't do this place any justice! Comfortable, clean, big rooms. Cold ac. Extra comfortable beds. English speaking at front desk. Extra quiet, felt completely safe. It is a VERY close walk to GNP Seguros, but because of the horrible layout/setup of the stadium you really end up walking a few miles to get into the stadium. The stadium only has one way in, and one way out, and it's an absolute disaster setup. Especially when a concert ends and 50k+ people are all trying to get out the same way. But that's not the hotels fault. The restaurant located downstairs is open 24hrs, not associated with the hotel, but offers free room service. Due to the reviews of the restaurant, we ate at Rockin Burger across the street, which was absolutely fire! If you're traveling from the US, highly recommend a USB-C cable to watch stuff off your phone on the tv. Free wifi!! There's only maybe 5 English channels on the TV. Also exploring the city, an Uber ride to anywhere was no more than $9. Would definitely stay at this hotel again if I am ever in the city. Also free breakfast buffet isn't great, but it's free and has a lot of options!"
