Rooms are nice and large. Staff were poorly trained but very polite. Service was very slow (15 minute gap between first and last served meal). Always a wonderful stay with lyf whenever we visit Penang! Rooms are clean, staffs are attentive & helpful and location is great for my family heading to eateries, pubs, shopping. GM of Lyf Nixen even became a close friend after so many past trips staying at Lyf.

Staff, hotel smells of mold and sewer and let it rides. We had to force the staffs to go up to the room to admit the smell to proof that we did not make up to get refund. We had to suffer for four days with the smell. They said can not do anything about it
