"There were no sheets for the pull out sofa the receptionist told me to come down to the front desk to get some. Asked for extra towels and was told there were no towels. Had to pay for parking even though when we got back to the hotel from being out couldn’t find a park in the hotel parking lot so had to park across the street. Still had to pay for parking. Not enough parking spaces for guest."
