"The hotel was fine except they have curtains that don’t close and let in all the light in the area day or night. Our microwave didn’t work so they brought a new one in. Shower was quite small. We had to pay ten dollars a night equaling 30 bucks for three nights and 50 bucks a night hold equaling 150 for 3 nights . All this is separate from the room rental smh. Lots of eatery in the area . Very busy hotel and area."

"The staff are friendly. I forgot my pillow and they actually called to tell me. They even held on to it for two weeks until I could come back to get it. Breakfast was well stocked. The rooms were very clean. The beds are small but comfortable. I stayed here twice"

"The hotel's website states that it has a gym... but that is not true. It mentions breakfast, yet on one of the days of my stay, the breakfast never arrived. They offer 24-hour coffee, but that is also untrue. And the breakfast is very poor in options."

"On arrival we had to wait 15 minutes while the desk clerk assisted another patron. While we waited while another desk clerk was busy doing something on her computer. They both finished and greeted us at the same time. We were helped by the clerk who had been doing something at her computer. She informed us that there was a $6 fee for parking that was not disclosed when we booked the room. When we got to our room we saw there was no coffee maker. We called the desk and were told that they provided 24/7 coffee in the lobby. I asked specifically if there would be coffee in the lobby at 3:30am which was our planned checkout time and was assured coffee is provided 24/7. So at checkout there was no coffee and the clerk on duty said it was being made and wouldn’t be ready until 4am. Then after leaving for dinner we arrived back at the hotel to discover there was a plumbing problem that affected water delivery to the entire hotel. We couldn’t flush the toilet or shower before going to bed. I called the desk and they said that it would be fixed in an hour. After 2 hours I called again and was told they were still working on the problem and if I wanted a refund I could check out. Now It’s 8:30 at night and we were leaving at 3:30 am so changing hotels was not a viable option. Needless to say I lost a lot of sleep over this and got no coffee in the morning. I will never stay at any other Hilton property as long as I live!!!! They made promises that went unfulfilled."

"The front desk staff was very helpful at initial check in and accommodating helping to secure adjacent rooms for family members arriving on different days. Our standard 2 double bed room was dated but clean. The bathroom could use a complete renovation. The toilet was unusually small and low to the floor and there was an area on the celing with paint peeling. Although in room hotel information stated housekeeping services would be performed every other day no services were provided during our 4 night stay. The in room microwave and fridge were clean and worked perfectly.The continental and hot breakfast items were fresh and well prepared. Hats off to the cook staff! Lots of parking with EV charging stations. Nice landscaping. Clean grounds. 2 levels no elevators. Entry to rooms is outdoors, not an enclosed. This was my first time staying here. Not quite my preference but it wasn't a total bust."
