"Our stay at Inn at Lost Creek was truly exceptional from beginning to end. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed. The valet team was incredibly helpful, attentive, and friendly, making the arrival process effortless. At the front desk, we were greeted with genuine smiles and outstanding hospitality that immediately made us feel at home. One of the highlights of our stay was receiving a complimentary room upgrade. We were pleasantly surprised with a beautiful room featuring two balconies overlooking Mountain Village. As an added bonus, there was a concert taking place when we arrived, making the atmosphere even more special. The room was spotless, comfortable, and perfectly maintained throughout our stay. Everything worked flawlessly, and we never had to call maintenance for anything. What truly sets this hotel apart, however, is its people. Every staff member went above and beyond to help us, even with the smallest details. Their kindness, professionalism, and willingness to assist made a lasting impression on us. The rooftop hot tub was another unforgettable feature. After a day of exploring Telluride, being able to relax in the hot tub while enjoying the incredible mountain views was simply perfect. We were also traveling with our dog, Luna, and the way the staff welcomed and accommodated her made our stay even more enjoyable. "Great friendly staff. Nice clean hotel, beautiful rooms. Good breakfast, tea is available all day. Limited parking in the basement of the hotel, $20 daily fee. My room was closer to the gondola station, so I could hear the noise with windows open or had to use window air conditioner at night, which is a bit loud for me. Otherwise great hotel, excellent location, great experience!"

"This was one of our favorite stops on our trip. The owners manage the property. They are really nice and knowledgeable about Ouray. Our room (#11) was very spacious and comfortable. The kitchenette had everything we needed. They offer smores and have a large firepit behind the property to hang out at. They are very close to the river. We did the scenic walk along the river banks then went to the hot springs to enjoy the day before heading off to our next destination. I would definitely come back."

"One hot tub, of two was working. The room, while clean, needed some updating. Window treatments were not properly working. The television was not working. Hair dryer was not working. Cleaning staff were very helpful, when asked for extra soaps, towels, and coffees. The setting is idylic and picturesque."
