"There were towels left hanging on the back of the door from the previous guests, even though the front desk said housekeeping had just cleaned the rooms. We stayed for 2 nights and when coming back to room after first night all housekeeping did was take out the trash and take used towels. Did not refill towels and had to go ask both nights for towels from the front.
