"Everything about the room was phenomenal. Very clean. Staff was great. The only problem was after I paid and signed everything. Then I was shown that you were not allowed to have any guest whatsoever at your hotel room which I thought was very unacceptable. If I’m paying that much money for a room. I should be able to have a guest if I want. "

"I would have rated the cleanliness a 3 due to an over flowing garbage that sat directly in front of the 4th floor elevator from the time we arrived at 9pm until the next morning when I had to ask staff to clean it up as it was all over the ground by the exit, but, the bathroom was clean and the beds and linens seems clean. "Next to train tracks and the train runs by in the middle of the night so if you are a light sleeper this might not be ideal. "

"Hallways and entrances were not clean. Bedding was old with horrible pillows. People were smoking marijuana and cigarettes in their rooms throughout the night. Guy next door had his tv on from midnight til 4:00 am. Worst night ever. "

"Breakfast was disappointing. We have stayed at this location since it was new. Use to offer a nice hot breakfast with eggs, meat and oatmeal. Now all they have our predone wrapped sandwiches and instant oatmeal. My husband was very disappointed. Went to McDonalds. Coffee fair. Furniture in room torn and scratched. Definitely need to upgrade furnishings. No hot water....lukewarm shower. Side entrances dirty. We will not be coming back for awhile. Much better hotels in area."
