Fantastic property. Peaceful ☺️ and clean 🧽 and yet in the heart ❤️ of north tel aviv. I highly recommend this property and The breakfast in the morning is five star and sitting out on the terrace too is great. If you like waking up to construction at 9am or calling management 5-6 times to get a different accommodation this is the place for you. If like rude customer service and basically being told to F off - THIS IS THE PLACE FOR YOU. If you want to amend your reservation and like to get flat out said no to - you guessed it... It was a good stay but I paid for ocean view more money and since I arrived later they gave a room facing in the direction of the ocean on the second floor. I should have just save my self money and gotten a less expensive room with the same results also they said parking on site but when I arrived they told me they where at full capacity and got to look and pay for parking elsewhere. Paid for breakfast and it was soak and would had been better off going out to one of the near bye restaurants for a better and cheaper breakfast. The highlight is the location.

Schönes, modernes Zimmer. Tolle Aussicht. 2 Minuten bis zum Strand. Viele Restaurants mit gutem Essen in unmittelbarer Nähe. Independence Park in der Nähe, schöner Blick auf den Sonnenuntergang. Einziger negativer Punkt, mir persönlich war es zu laut. Das lag daran, dass ein paar junge Erwachsene ihre Autos oder Motorräder testen mussten.
