Not suitable for hotel booking due to comfort not in line with hotel guests expectation,building general condition, smelly bathroom, small size, window without view, difficulty to park at night, we stayed the first night only and booked another place for the rest of our stay

Flat is in the perfect location, super close to the seaside and Yarkon Park. Ended up just walking everywhere. Owner made checking in super easy and was contactable in case we needed anything. There is a double bed, sofa bed and single fold down bed as well as microwave, fridge and cooker. We booked the flat for the Tel Aviv Marathon so the ammendies were perfect. Good neighbourhood and very safe, will likely book again in future.
