Excellent customer service by all staff, Bushra, Jeremy, Alice, Mohammad... Made the stay very pleasant and gave us an upgraded room for no extra cost. Reasonably priced for Tel Aviv, good location, very clean . Staff very open to suggestions.
Our room was clean and comfortable, the hotel well situated, and close to the beach, but the best part about our stay at the Scarlet hotel was the welcoming, friendly, helpful and excellent staff that greeted us each day that we were there! Our work in Tel Aviv required us to check-in and check-out for three consecutive weekends and each time we returned we were greeted by staff who always made us feel special. Bushra, Alice, Mohamed and Jeremy were terrific hosts and I can recommend the Scarlet hotel to others with 5 stars ! Thank you for making our stay so great ! We will come back again. Shalom. The front desk staff was very good. Very helpful and always with a pleasant greeting. They gave you details on the hotel amenities as they share with their "cousin" hotel. Convenient to bus stop to airport, that runs every hour.
This is a quirky little hotel with retro 50s decor, which I adore… it’s only about four blocks from the Gorden Beach, which is my favorite beach so I like the location The price is good in the rooms are comfortable.
There are some cons here
all of the rooms are upone to three or four flights of stairs. While there is coffee in the lobby… The lady at the front desk said they never have milk that said, how hard would it be to have milk?… Breakfast is not at the site it’s around the corner, and since I was late for a plane, I just went across the street and brought a cappuccino.
Hotel is dirty in the public spaces and in the room. Plus a woman was almost murdered the night we stayed there. Management seemed non plussed about the hellish night everyone in the hotel went through. How they missed a room full of men hanging out on the balcony at 10:30 pm when they closed the lobby that night is negligent. This hotel is not clean and not safe.

My stay was wonderful — and what made it so is first of all the staff. Couldn’t be friendlier and more helpful — first person I met was Or at the front desk, kindness and desire to help was the best! He took time to ask me about my Israel trip and chat. Jeremy, Bushra and Alice were also very kind. The location is excellent near the beach, near the supermarket on Ben Yehuda and coffee shops on Dizengof. The rate per night was great and the hotel decor is lovely. Highly recommend!
Amazing place with a nice decoration and a very good service

just disgusting and totally disappointed
attached how "clean" the "deluxe" double room is.
make your own opinion!
- no hairdryer as described in the details available
to the stuff:
may you educate/train your house keeping.
its an absolute NO GO entering the room without knocking on the door.
i would complain all the things at the check out, but you have not asked how my stay was(may you train yourself as well in getting basics for the hotel environment).
the worse stay i ever had. never again that hotel.
i should claim my money back.
The stay was good.
But the false fire alarm upset people.
The manager and employees are very friendly.
Also the breakfast is awesome and you will go to the cafeteria in their other collection.
