"Very pleased with our stay. Rooms are comfortable, clean. Shower was hot. View from the room were beautiful. Flies and bad and we had trouble finding the property, but none of that was the property’s fault. Morning breakfast was great. "We had a pleasant stay overall. The highlight of this hotel was definitely the staff—they were incredibly kind, welcoming, and always willing to help with anything we needed. Their hospitality truly made our stay memorable. The breakfast was excellent, with a semi-buffet setup offering a great selection of fresh and delicious food. It was one of the best parts of our stay. We booked a private pool with a valley view, but it wasn't really the valley view we were expecting. Also, while the room is marketed as having a private pool, it isn't completely private. There are rooms directly above, and we could hear guests making noise at night, so keep that in mind if you're looking for a quiet, secluded experience. Another thing to be aware of is the location. The hotel is quite far from Ubud Center, so you'll need transportation if you plan to explore the area frequently. Overall, the outstanding staff and excellent breakfast were the highlights of our stay. However, the limited valley view, the lack of privacy in the pool villa, and the distance from Ubud Center are all worth considering before booking."
