"Parking is very easyband free. The parking spots are well lighted and close to where you stay. The housekeeping is very professional and friendly. They are prompt and did a very good job to tidy our room. The laundry staff provided us with clean towels daily and are also very professional. "

"We had high hopes for this place, drove over 3 hours to get there, and had plans to be somewhere shortly after checking in at 3 PM, but needed to get dressed, etc. Our room wasn't ready until just after 4 PM and the best they could offer was for us to get ready in the common bathroom in the lobby. The staff that came on for the evening shift was at least gracious and apologetic, but the staff when we arrived seemed to be indifferent to our situation. I guess the cherry on top is that the housekeeping staff knocked on our door at 11:02 AM the next day. We were packed and just exiting, but doing one last sweep of the room. Check-in is at 3, we didnt get a room until just after 4, we were late to our event, and then we were 2 minutes late exiting our room, and we got a knock on the door 👎 "
