Very helpful staff

While this hotel is an ~15 minute drive to downtown Regensburg the price and helpfulness of the staff easily make up for it. The morning breakfast was a good bargain and highly recommended. While the staff is extremely helpful the office closes at ~6pm, so late check-ins are done using a key box by the front door.
