"We loved our stay at The Rundlestone and that was mostly due to the staff. Nothing was too much trouble and they wanted us to have the best time possible. The room (loft with king bed) was perfect in space and comfort - the bed was huge and so comfortable. Yes, it’s a little dated but in a very homely way. Location was great and the free bus passes provided by the hotel gave us the option should we have walked a lot that day already! We stayed for a month and we could have happily stayed for much longer. Don’t hesitate, just do it! "

"There was hair in the tub when we first arrived. The shower curtain needed to be replaced. The shower head was set really low and not adjustable, so hard for taller people to use. The bed frame wasn't anchored to the wall and there were huge holes where the nails were supposed to be. There were no welcome snacks or extra toiletries (Q-tips, cotton puffs). The mini fridge was so cold it froze our stuff. However, the linens were clean and the theme of the room was warm and cozy. The hair and skin care products (Rocky Mountain) were amazing as usual. The spa was nice overall, and the massages were amazing, but the geisha tub was too tiny to really relax in for two people. The underground parking is a disaster. Really tiny spaces, under construction, and a lot of spots pooled in mud puddles. The staff were really lovely throughout the facility, and overall a good experience!"

"Pictures must be of 1 redone room, as everything appears from 70s/80s. The only part that was accurate was the pictures on the wall. The staff upon check-in told us the wrong times for the restaurant, thus arrived once closed. The internet was spotty and the TV had to reset daily. Claims to be in town, but actually a 6 minute drive away, which we drove so not a big deal, however if we didn't would have been an issue. The bathroom fixtures were not kept up and the were empty metal brackets in the bathroom. Was okay for the price, but unsure if I would stay again. "
