"This hotel is straight out of the 90s and in dire need of upgrades. That said, it was cleaner than many higher end hotels I’ve stayed at, although there was a tear in the sheet right in the middle of the bed so, which I’m not sure how housekeeping would have missed. Regardless, was a decent stay. Rooms have balconies overlooking the river. For the price compared to other hotels in Banff, I would definitely stay again"

"We loved the central location and the staff was incredibly attentive and helpful throughout our stay. We were able to get a different room with a nicer shower after having requested an accessible one. The staff helped plan excursions and always answered questions with a smile. I was concerned about construction noise at the property but it was totally fine. Yes, the lobby was shabby but the rooms were great!"

"We had a wonderful stay, and this place is truly an absolute dream. Everything was incredibly convenient and thoughtfully arranged, which made the whole trip effortless and relaxing from start to finish. The views were stunning and made every morning a treat, there was beautiful hiking right on the doorstep, and access was easy and welcoming even after hours, which took all the stress out of a late arrival. I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area."
