"Nice hotel and a good location. Good staff. Unfortunately, the bed was hard as a rock. My biggest complaint was that the air conditioning was computer controlled at the front desk. "Spacious lobby and bar, rooms were very small. Our initial room had a foul, sewer-like odor. We asked to be switched and they accommodated our request which was really nice. We did not have the breakfast but enjoyed a spritz in their outdoor area. Convenient to Milano Centrale. "

"We had such a lovely time at this hotel we extended our stay. Staff were very helpful and accommodating, nothing was too much trouble. The pool was cold but so refreshing on the hot days, we spent most of our time here during the day, bar was open and the bar staff were very pleasant and attentive . Our room with the terrace was very clean, spacious and comfortable. The maids did a great job keeping it fresh and tidy. The reception staff were friendly and welcoming and nothing was ever too much trouble. Breakfast was amazing! Fresh, plenty of choice and very delicious. We have thoroughly enjoyed our stay and we will definitely be back"
