"The Plaza Hotel is very conveniently located across the street from the Venice-Mestre Train Station. We arrived on a very rainy evening and we didn't even get wet to ge to the hotel. The city bus to the Venice Marco Polo Airport and the airport shuttle is just about a block down the street. THe room is spacious and clean although a bit outdated. "Do the employees sleep? The ladies that checked us in during the evening were the same ones serving the guests breakfast! Not only that but they were beyond amazing at both! The hotel is a bridge away from the train station, so an easy 5 minute walk. It is also 5 minutes to the main bus/taxi area to and from the airport. There are lots of hotels in Venice but when we come back we will be staying here again! "
