"The setting was amazing Tea plantation on one side and jungle mountain view on the other could here hear the birds and insects in the trees very lovely The food was tasty and the staff polite and helpful ..it was away from the main centre but I went for peace and beauty nature"

"The hotel is falsely advertised, the view outside was of a wall, the bed was stiff, limited hot water, there was no mini bar as advertised, the curtains didn’t little to block out the light, little toilet paper, the aircon droned on humming the whole time, the walls are thin so you can hear other peoples conversations, showers, phones ringing and people walking up and down stairs. The garden part of the hotel was only for three cottages, the rest concrete. Very expensive compared to other places...

"It was amazing, we got a room with excellent view. The staff were very nice and the manager was also very friendly. They even gave medicine for one of my friend who was ill. Overall loved the stay and the staff ."

"The rooms on floors below lobby level are pathetic. The walls had fungus and were moist - water was seeping on all walls. After long debate, they gave us our booked room types on 7th and 8th floor (above lobby level). "

"The rooms are good and large and with a small balcony. There is no chairs in the balcony. The breakfast spread is good but not exceptional. They need to include more healthy options like boiled veg etc."
