"Ana and Katie from the reception set a very positive tone/dynamics from tye first day thanks to warm welcome and the customer oriented service. This is one of the "coolest" hotels in Tbilisi, with excellent breakfast and decent size rooms. The only drawback is that there are no wardrobes or clothing closets (trying to be "cool", the room designer missed that part). But overall, I had exceptional experience in this place. Highly recommended."
