The hotel is new, very clean and well-equipped. The front desk staff were warm and friendly and went the extra mile to be helpful. The Internet signal was not strong in some locations in the hotel. The hotel is located a quiet area that is a 30-ish minute walk from the old town. The Metro is a convenient 10-minute walk and taxis are prevalent. We would happily stay at the Alphabet again.

The hotel is listed as a 4 star hotel. However the hotel is not of a 3 star standard. Rooms are small and in so so condition. While check out, the guy at the reception asked for 50 GEL towards which he did not give invoice. The staff in kitchen ( breakfast) are cooperative. The only good thing about the hotel is the location.
First instance the hotel lift was not working which made us to carry our family luggage to 3 floors up....Moreover when we 2 families book separate rooms the front office doesnot known which room to allocate whom. Staff should learn how to handle guests with smiley face. One day when we reached hotel late night the front desk staff is looking awkward to handover room keys to us, atleast they should know who is staying in there hotel.
I was greeted warmly on arrival. Receptionist is fluent in English. The entry waa decorated for the winter Holidays. The room is spacious enough for one or two, a stocked mini fridge, good towels, robe, slippers and soaps. Well heated and adjustable knobs. The price is perfect if your wanting to avoid the big chains. Not too many rooms and the are alphabetized. Your Walking distance to Metro and tge hotel itself is ocated near corner of main street for access to shops. Enjoyable and rested well. This definitely rates as a very good boutique hotel, not 5 star luxury, but I would return.
a four night stay next to the center of Tbilisi. its within walking distance of the town center. the property is well looked after and the service is great. I do however wish they had changed the breakfast options, as they seemed to be the same every single day. no hot meal options.
