"This is a beautiful unique hotel within an old mill. The building and the rooms within have been modernised to a high standard and they have kept some of the original features. The room itself was large with very high ceiling. The bathroom was also very nice and large. The only thing we could even pick up on was the lack of biscuits on the tea tray or hot chocolate sachets. Even at breakfast there is no hot chocolate option. However we would highly recommend the hotel and have no doubt that we will return."

"Great stay. There was some noise from outside (5th floor, front facing room), but considering the location and that it was a Friday night, we really could not complain. Bed was very comfy, everything was very clean and well maintained. At £99, this was excellent value for money. Would absolutely stay here again."

"Good hotel choice for central Dundee. Room comfortable and better than a premier inn. Comfy beds. Great staff. Car park at hotel is small but plenty of parking around (we used Q- park on Wilkinson street which cost the same). Bathroom had reasonable shower and wasn't cramped. Good buffet breakfast"
