Hotel 3K Faro Aeroporto
Extremely basic hotel. Fine for one night before a flight, but don’t expect much. Breakfast is very underwhelming. Save the €15 and just walk to Pingo Doce across the street instead. Beds are not very comfortable either, but for a quick overnight stay it does the job I guess.

Roots Hotel
We liked this place very convenient to the train station. Room has kettle, nice fridge, wave. We didn't stay on a hot day but the newish Daikin hvac unit looks like it would do a good job as AC. Room safe but too small to handle my 14" laptop or my tablet. Free coffee 24/7 in a main floor coffee ...

AP Cabanas Beach & Nature - Adults Friendly
Lovely spot. The only thing that was disappointing was the coffee on the breakfast buffet. The buffet was very decent, but the coffee is terrible. It tastes like instant coffee.
