"Basic French mountain accommodation. Good set up with friendly helpful staff. Avoriaz is pretty cool, loads of amenities. Stayed here for summer MTB, would probably stay again. Little bit tired in apartment but that’s standard unless you’re paying top end."

"The night I arrived the entry codes worked however, there was someone else in my assigned room. It was late in the evening, and I called the hotel support. Luckily, [and by chance] they were able to get me into another room [which was not what I had reserved]. The light in the bathroom did not work. "This is the third time I've stayed at this hotel. There's a reason I keep going back. The price is good value for money. The buffet style breakfast is plentiful and tasty. The rooms are clean and comfortable and the staff are lovely, friendly and accomodating. The hotel is very conveniently placed and everything I want to do is within easy walking distance, although should I wish to explore further afield the free travel card is a real bonus. I believe there is also a convenient parking garage, thpugh I have never used it. I will definitely be back again "
