"When I arrived at the property, the security guard told me that I had to drive 3 miles down the road on Route 1 to check in and get my room key because of how I booked the my room. When I arrived at the check in on Route 1 they told me that I would be in building 4 and that the elevator was broken. I told them one of the people in my family is in a wheelchair and was not possible. They assigned me another room in building 2, which was a terrible the walls were dirty and need painting, the frying pan on the kitchen was not clean and covered in dried up scrambled eggs and was put away in the cabinet that way. The furniture is mismatched and looks like odds and ends from a yard sale. I have photos of this run down condo/room, I would advise that you book your stay somewhere else because the pictures that are online are photoshopped and do not show the same accommodations. The comforter had stains on it, the outlet in the livingroom was didn’t work. I called to complain that there were so many things wrong and they told me that they would get back to me in 36-72 hours. Save your money and go somewhere else. This was my first time booking with Expedia and I will take my business elsewhere moving forward. "
