"After visiting Mt. Dora, we stayed at the Holiday Inn in Tavares. These towns are near each other so the drive was only minutes away. Ethan greeted us and checked us in. He was very friendly, professional and a pleasure to have met. Ethan is an asset to the Holiday Inn chain of hotels, absolutely. Our room was excellent!! It was squeaky clean, modern and so lovely!! The room was spacious and very comfortable. We loved it!! The entire hotel, elevators, and walkways were very clean and lovely as well. We will continue to return to Holiday Inn hotels and we will also let others know to stay there as well. "

I have properties in the area, and not only was it close to where i needed to be but for a last minute reservation , the accommodations were outstanding. I give 1000 percent credit for this excellent stay to Juanita Raymond!!!! Her customer service skills, friendliness, smile, and her knowledge of what to do in Tavares was exceptional. I will have continuing business to do in this area and trust i will be staying at this location with no hesitations. "
