The manager was incredibly helpful, friendly, and always ready to make our stay as comfortable as possible. You can truly tell they care about their guests. "Very friendly staffs. We LOVED the thermal pool! Natural hot springs. 3 different pools and very relaxing. They also have a bar/cafe right next to the thermal pool and they serve fresh squeezed juices. Breakfast - most selections. Very delicious. "
