Paola was the nicest host I’ve ever had, she helped us book a restaurant near the beach that is usually hard to get a table to and she made our stay feels like we were home. "A absolute MUST stay in Amalfi. I’ve been once before and found this hotel last minute and it exceeded ALL expectations! Location: I was hesitant at first as being in the hills can be challenging to get around however, the shuttle service they offered was really easy and 10 mins to the Amalfi town centre. Also, the view from every part of the grounds and our room was absolutely breathtaking all hours of the day. Room: Updated and brand new inside the rooms. The rooms come with a tablet that allows you to book the shuttle, order room service, etc. Amenities: The daily breakfast offered a wide range of delicious food. Had dinner once (on our last night) and it was quick and was very good. The private beach club was very convenient and the shuttle takes you directly there. The cost of food/drinks was very reasonable for being such an isolated gorgeous location. Staff: beyond professional and VERY attentive. They remembered our names and made the entire experience very memorable. Overall, we will be coming back to this hotel hands down. "

"Incredible location. Clean and more modern than other hotels, but still has the unique charm of mosaic details. The staff is beyond helpful and kind, they made each day feel that much more special. My girlfriend and I loved staying here and highly recommend! Very easy to visit Positano, Amalfi, Capri, etc. by boat. The hotel even arranged a car service for us which made getting to and from the tram seamless. "

"This place was incredible! It's located right by the central train station and Metro, making this an ideal location for anyone looking to travel through Naples or throughout Italy. The rooms are so quiet, and the view of Mount Vesuvius is phenomenal. All of the staff were kind and very helpful. We only paid for breakfast one morning (it was not included in our nightly fee so we paid separately), but the breakfast was great and worth the price. The room was very clean and spacious for two people. Only downside is everything is a bit of a walk so it is not a super walkable location for some of the things we wanted to see. Overall, we really loved our stay here and would stay here again in the future! "

"We had a beautiful suite at the hotel. All staff and guest services were exceptional. The downside is the location of the hotel. It is across the street from the main train terminal which unfortunately had a fair amount of homeless/beggars. There was a good police presence however the location took away from our experience of the hotel. The other challenge we had was the taxi services. If you didn’t have the hotel reach out for a taxi (preferred), we found ourselves getting ripped off by the taxis. It just diminishes the experience overall."
