残念ながら、部屋の設備は改善の必要箇所が多かった。ＴＯＩＬＥＴのタンクのの蓋は無く、シャワーブースの扉の片方はないまま、だった。部屋の掃除も丁寧とは言えず。

The hotel is very near to the lake. Staff are friendly (need Google translate). The first room had a bad water stain in the bathroom, I showed them and they gave me a different room. Clean room and bathroom, good sheets, old towels. Some things need replacing eg shower screen. Very good breakfast

Besides taking about 45min to check me in, as the right people weren't around, the hotel was central and was absolutely fine for an overnight stay.

I arrived late in the evening because of my bus journey - and the hotel had sold my booking to someone else. The staff took me to an other hotel, where I had to pay a higher fee in cash for the room.

Das Zimmer war in Ordnung, aber das Bad wurde schon länger nicht gründlich geputzt. Auch gab es keinen Zimmerservice. Im Hotel wurde überall geraucht, so dass es in unserem Zimmer stark nach Zigarettenrauch roch, was uns überhaupt nicht gefallen hat. Die Frühstücksterrasse mit Blick über den Van-See ist sehr schön und das Frühstück war gut. Die Mitarbeiter sind nett, verstehen aber kein Englisch. Dank Google Translate war eine Kommunikation aber möglich.

This was our second stay at the Dinc within a few nights as we were travelling around Lake Van. The Dinc is basic but comfortable, the breakfast is good and served on the roof terrace with great views of the lake. On this our second visit, the rain stopped so we could appreciate the beauty of the lake. The staff are friendly and helpful.
