"Everything seemed new, very clean and updated. Nice ocean view from window and walkway. Also nice amenities: pool with lounge chairs & umbrellas, fire pits, easy beach access, complimentary coffee & tea in the lobby. Would stay there again. "

"The room wreaked of Lysol cleaner for someone with allergies it was not good. Accommodations were so so. Staff not very friendly , view was obstructed by beachfront restaurant . Usually stay at Hilton i hi items thought we would give Marriott a try, very disappointed. "

"This is a really nice independent hotel with a lot of charm. The location is great and the views are wonderful. The staff is very friendly and accomodating. We have stayed twice and will try and stay here every time we visit. If they had a food option on site, this would be amazing, but the town is a short golf cart ride away. Highly recommend for any stay in Southport. "

"The hotel far exceeded our expectations! The property was clean, quiet, and in a really great location. The hotel was just a short drive to grocery stores, a Hobby Lobby, and several restaurants, and only 15 minutes from the beach! The front desk associates, Hunter and Mr. Ted, were always helpful and kind, and quickly answered any questions we had. The breakfast attendants were incredibly sweet and courteous, and always kept the eating area clean and presentable. Overall, we had a refreshing and enjoyable stay, and would love to stay there again during our next visit to Southport, NC!"
