From the moment we arrived until our departure, we were consistently impressed by the exceptional standard of service provided throughout the hotel. Every staff member we encountered was friendly, professional, courteous, well-presented, and genuinely committed to ensuring that our stay was as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. No request was ever too much trouble, and every interaction was handled with warmth, efficiency, and genuine care. I would like to extend my heartfelt thanks to all members of your organisation, including management, front desk staff, valet attendants, the kitchen and culinary teams, waitstaff, and house keeping. Each department contributed significantly to creating a welcoming and seamless experience, and their collective efforts did not go unnoticed. It is clear that Mövenpick Hotel is an exceptionally well-managed and professionally operated establishment. "We had an excellent stay here. The place was very clean, comfortable and well suited for families. We especially enjoyed the balcony with its lovely view — a perfect spot to sit back, relax and enjoy the surroundings. One of the highlights was being so close to nature. We loved seeing the birds, wallabies and other local wildlife around the property, which made the stay feel a little more special. We visited during the off-season, so it was wonderfully quiet and peaceful, which was exactly what we enjoyed. I imagine the atmosphere might be quite different during the high season — probably a lot more lively and fun! A lovely, comfortable place surrounded by nature, and a great base for a relaxing family stay."

"I’ve stayed at Bay View Villas two years in row now, if I ever get back to Hobart I’ll definitely stay there again , it is so peaceful .. and we had a little wallaby visit us.. the whole experience was good , they provide everything you need , I highly recommend Bay view Villas"
