"Staying here was an excellent experience. As an American, the process was very easy and the staff spoke good English. Rooms were clean, breakfast was hot and plentiful beyond most western hotels I have stayed at, and the pool area is excellent. Highly recommend staying here. Alina, Norbol, and Azziz were especially helpful. "

The furniture, beds, wallpaper, carpets are all run down and have a slightly stale smoke smell despite no smoking allowed in the hotel.
