The staff was accommodating and very helpful. They went above and beyond what one would expect. A restaurant and market is attached to the hostel and the food is delicious.

Por el precio tampoco se puede pedir mucho, habitaciones viejas y un poco cutres pero para dormir estå bien... Trabajadores muy majos, Faisal creo que se llama, un chico joven que nos atendió cuando llegamos muy educado y profesional, la camarera rubia que estaba en el bar por la mañana también super maja. Tiene un super que tiene de todo. Y cerca de la playa que es lo que buscåbamos. Seguro que repetimos por el precio

Llegamos a las 13.50h y nos dijo q no podiamos entrar hasta las 15.00h.. Nos fuimos a comer.. Ducha con un solo cristal se salia el agua.No habia tohallas tuvimos q pedirlas..Recepcion vacio por q estan vendiendo en la tienda bar..Ruidos pot toda la habitacion.bueno es lo q pasa cuando buscas algo barato para un solo un dia.Lo mejor la situacion cerca de la playa

Bienveillance

Sejour exceptionnel. L'hote s'est pliée en quatre afin que nous puissions acceder à l'hotel malgré une arrivée tres tardive suite à une panne de voiture. Beaucoup de bienveilance de sa part. Je me suis sentie comme chez moi. L'appartement est spacieux, propre, et tres charmant.

Hotel rustique un brin vestuste avec une grande chambre. Seul bemol si on arrive apres 23h, il faut bien savoir parler anglais ou espagnol pour le code et la cle.

Séjour déplorable

SĂ©jour dĂ©sastreux : accueil fait par le cuisinier du restaurant de l’hĂŽtel dans l’épicerie de l’hĂŽtel. Nous avions rĂ©servĂ© un studio familial, on nous apprend le jour de notre arrivĂ©e que suite Ă  une fuite d’eau, l’hĂŽtel nous reloge dans deux chambres. Le standing des chambres ne correspondaient absolument pas aux photos mise sur leur site internet. Salle de douche exiguĂ« et vĂ©tuste pas de pression lors des douches, matelas inconfortable, absence de couette ou de couverture. PoussiĂšre au plafond. Mobilier vĂ©tuste et dĂ©fectueux. Absence de double vitrage et trĂšs mauvaise insonorisation des chambres on entendait tout de l’extĂ©rieur et dans les autres chambres. PrĂ©sence de cafard dans les chambres. Plusieurs coupures de courant. Odeur de la cuisine monte jusque dans le couloir. Petit dĂ©jeuner de rĂ©sume Ă  une machine Ă  cafĂ© payante dans le couloir. La direction de l’hĂŽtel n’a jamais prit en compte nos demandes et n’a fait aucun geste commercial pour tous les dĂ©sagrĂ©ments. Je ne vous recommande pas cet hĂŽtel À fuir absolument !!!

La habitaciĂłn estaba sucia y mal aislada acĂșsticamente. MatĂ© un par de bichos y sospecho que pudiera haber chinches o garrapatas, ya que amanecidos con varias picaduras. Lo Ășnico bueno el servicio en la cena y el desayuno, con unos camareros muy atentos.

ExpĂ©rience d'une nuit en famille sur la route de Portaventura. Une des pires passĂ©e. Cet Ă©tablissement ne devrait pas ĂȘtre disponible sur ce site. Les photos sur hotels.com sont trĂšs avantageuses, prises de loin et on comprend mieux une fois sur place. ArrivĂ© trĂšs tardivement vers 23h30, le propriĂ©taire nous a aimablement attendu et ouvert rapidement le "studio". Pas de lumiĂšre dans l'escalier pour accĂ©der Ă  la chambre, Ă©tonnant mais bon nous Ă©tions qu au dĂ©but. FatiguĂ© du voyage, nous n'avions qu'une envie prendre une douche. Je fais couler l'eau et rapidement je patauge dans une eau graisseuse qui ne s'Ă©vacue pas. Impossible de se laver. J'allume la clim, il fait une chaleur terrible dans le logement, de l'eau ruisselle sur le mur vers les prises. Nos chaussettes blanches sont noires, le sol n'a pas du ĂȘtre nettoyĂ© depuis longtemps,tout comme la serviette de la cuisine, infecte, que j'utilise pour Ă©ponger le sol et Ă©viter que l'eau ne rencontre la prise. Le ventilateur de plafond menace de tomber et empĂȘche l'ouverture des placards. Les draps sont propres mais les lits ultra inconfortables. La nuit va ĂȘtre longue. L'isolation phonique inexistante vous plonge dans la rue trĂšs tĂŽt. J'ouvre les rideaux au petit matin, il n'y a mĂȘme pas de coffre sur les volets. Il n'y a plus d'eau au robinet, on ne peut mĂȘme pas tirer la chasse. Il est temps de prendre nos jambes Ă  notre cou et fuir cet Ă©tablissement. Je vous laisse quelques photos souvenirs, jamais vu une chambre aussi sale.

Catastrophique Ă  tous niveaux

HĂŽtel trĂšs vĂ©tuste et sale. 3 heures avant l’arrivĂ©e on nous annonce que l’encaissement n’était pas possible que place aprĂšs 23h et qu’il fallait payer par carte. A l’arrivĂ©e on nous indique que le paiement n’était pas passĂ© et qu’il fallait rĂ©gler Ă  nouveau. Ce que nous avons fait. AprĂšs vĂ©rification, le paiement sur hotel.com Ă©tĂ© passĂ©. Nous avions donc payĂ© 2 fois. AprĂšs rĂ©clamation et 10 minutes de nĂ©gociation la personne a l’accueil nous a remboursĂ© (en sortant les espĂšces de sa poche
). L’hĂŽtel est trĂšs vĂ©tuste, mal insonorisĂ© (au point d’entendre les ronflements de la chambre voisine) et le moindre bruit de la rue. La salle de bain est minuscule et trĂšs mal agencĂ©e. Et les draps Ă©taient sales, l’alaise tachĂ©e de sang ou autre chose
 Bref une catastrophe que nous ne renouvellerons pas. Heureusement que le personnel Ă©tait aimable et sympathique pour rattraper tout ça.

HÎtel que je ne recommande pas. La propreté laisse à désirer. Une grosse tache d'humidité au plafond, une prise de courant non fixée au mur, la poignée de la porte d'entrée qui est cassée ce qui fait que la porte ne tient fermée que grùce au verrou. L'isolation phonique est inexistante. Les trous dans les murs ne sont pas rebouchés. Je ne recommande vraiment pas cet établissement....
