Tamarit Beach Camp Rocks!

The bungalow was comfortable & had almost all the amenities of a family home. I love the security - I kept my doors & windows open all the time when at home. It was usually pretty quiet. The beach is a 5 min walk away. The beach is safe & great for swimming. The location is close to a bus stop, but it it difficult to get a taxi...have to call. The area is great for sightseeing & for cycling.

I was only there for one night just passing thru with my family and arrived after dark. It would not be fair to rate the place, but it seems like a great place to spend a few days relaxing. Easy directions and welcoming. The only downside was that we had to leave the car by the front office overnight instead of next to the cabin in a secure area because the gates don’t function between midnight and 7:00 and we had an early departure. No problem. They have security around the place.

Well the property is a good one not far from the beach, but be careful about the security at night it appears to be strange like this, but i have been attacked physically by the security guy because i have arrive late (after 2am)& i was telling him to hurry up so my kids do go their beds, what is worse is that the administration did nothing although they saw it on cameras the bext day

Winter break

Beds very low. Too close to the floor as you felt the cold from the tiles. Air conditioning very noisy and didn't give any heat to the bedrooms even with leaving the door open. Bathroom was very good. Cabins a bit too close to each other. Lots of children kicking balls about and running about around parked cars by cabins. Good idea with adults only spa maybe an adults only area in cabins too!! Around the area complex some of the caravans with awnings looked like they had been unattended for months. A policy where they should be cleaned maybe every other month to keep them looking respectful would go a long way to the cleanliness of the site. Reception staff very helpful.

The camping is a bit old which you notice in the bungalows. The pools are way too small for the amount of people that can stay, the beach was thankfully close. Big camping, best to bring bikes to go around. If you tourist and dont speak Spanish, animation is not for you. All shows at night were in Spanish with lots of talking. Overall enjoyed our stay, just some things to think of before booking.

Please avoid to accept checkin after 11:00PM, there’s only one person working in security that is doing everything including check-ins, we had an issue an electronic car that the security guy was driving suddenly stopped working and we couldn’t proceed to our bungalow. Unfortunately the bungalows are placed at the top of the mountain and it was a nightmare to unload our luggage’s

Very heavily populated with Spanish people staying here. All the entertainment was in Spanish so we couldn’t understand any of it. No staff speak fluent English at all so needed to keep using Google translate to speak to them. Apart from the beach, absolutely nothing here and taxis to the nearest places cost €40 upwards. Loads for smaller kids to do but absolutely nothing for teenagers. Won’t be stopping again.

The problem with this accommodation was that our bungalow was in a MOUNTAIN AREA. I was prepared that there is possibility to be accommodated in area which is away from the beach, but do not prepare us for climbing. i have never see such a camp in my life. It is very uncomfortable when you have small kids. Just to say the fact that bungalow was in this area isolated the whole family from all entertainment events. of course there was a tractor train, but not useful enough. it did not work in the afternoon so every day we had to climb to the bungalow after lunch, wearing my kids on my shoulders. So in a 10-15 min I could reach the final destination with running water out of me. It schedule is also not convenient for the adult events. So the whole vacation was just huge waste of money. The only positive side was the staff - very friendly people on reception and restaurant.

das Bungalow war klein aber toll. hat völlig gereicht für das wie wir es genutzt haben. schade wenn das Spa reserviert wurde das nicht vorgängig die Saunas eingeschaltet wurden so musste man relativ lange warten bis sie eine Grundtemperatur hatten… Restaurant in der Nebensaison definitiv nicht zu empfehlen..

Estuvimos alojados en un bungalow cerca de la playa ,la cala ,el mini club y del supermercado, por lo que súper bien todo andando a 5 minutos y el camping siempre con mucha animación.Es un lugar idílico.Con muchas actividades y también al lado camino de ronda. A los que les toca el alojamiento en la montaña tienen vistas impresionantes pero una gran subida para volver, hay un tren que hace diferentes trayectos pero debes estar atento a los horarios.Para los niños el paraíso, inflables, chiquipark y animación prácticamente todo el día
